Any deliveries outside of Tauranga MUST be placed before 12 oclock to ensure next day deliveries, any orders placed after this time can not be guarenteed for next day delivery.

Terms and Conditions

We kindly ask our customers to please read the following carefully and tick the box on the order page to agree to these terms before placing an order online.

The flower varieties used in your design may vary slightly according to the season and availability. We reserve the right to match flowers with material of the same or greater value.
Due to public demand at peak periods some prices will alter accordingly. You will be charged the current market price for items shown on the website.

All prices shown are inclusive of GST.

All customer details are kept strictly confidential. Your credit card details are sent securely directly to our payment provider and are never stored or seen by us.

Same day deliveries must be placed before 12pm.
If you require a special delivery on a Sunday or public holiday this can sometimes be organised. Please call the shop to request.

We require phone numbers and postcodes for all addresses.

If a recipient is not at home we will always endevour to find a safe place to leave the flowers. A card will be paced in the mailbox to say where they are and at what time we tried to deliver.

In the event we are unable to find a recipients location due to an incorrect address given we will charge a second delivery charge if we have to make a second trip. We reserve the right to make this trip the next day if it is late in the day or a long distance trip.

If you wish to cancel an order we will require 24 hours notice. or 48 hours notice if you have requested specific items.

We always ensure to deliver the freshest flowers to your door with the highest standard of service. With regrets fresh produce can sometimes be effected badly by different elements but we will always endeavour to put this right for you. If you wish to discuss your flower delivery with a manager please first ensure that you have followed all of the care instructions, keep the material for us to see and proof of payment. To exchange produce or receive a refund we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery.
